About Christina
Hi! I’m Christina, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and mama of two.
I’m passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies through a root-cause approach to nutrition and lifestyle. My work focuses primarily on supporting women with fatigue, hormone imbalances, digestive issues, and metabolism challenges, though I also work with men and children who want to better understand their health and improve how they feel day to day.
My journey into this work is deeply personal.
Despite being trained in nutrition and doing all the “right” things, eating healthy and exercising regularly, I struggled with my own health challenges for years. I experienced issues like slowed metabolism, IBS, hormonal imbalances, and severe mood swings. Like many people, I was often told that my labs looked “normal,” yet I knew something still wasn’t right.
After years of searching for answers, I began diving deeper into functional and root-cause approaches to health. That’s when things finally started to click.
The body doesn’t function in separate silos. Our hormones, digestion, metabolism, nutrient status, and nervous system are all intricately connected. When we begin looking at health through that lens, rather than treating symptoms in isolation, we can start to understand why symptoms are happening and how to support the body in a more meaningful way.
This approach not only helped transform my own health, but it has also allowed me to help many of my clients regain their energy, improve digestion, stabilize their moods, and feel more like themselves again.
After more than a decade of working with patients across the lifespan, one thing I’ve learned is that our bodies are incredibly resilient when given the right support.
You don’t have to accept feeling exhausted, dismissed, or stuck with symptoms that no one can explain.
My mission is to help women move out of survival mode and into thriving—so they can feel present, energized, and confident in their bodies again. And when moms start feeling better, it often creates a ripple effect for the entire family.Â
